Rule Set Name: A unique name for your new ruleset
Stub Group: Only those users in this group will have stubs created when rule is used for generating stubs.
Once the Main Ruleset is created you can then add rules to the ruleset by clicking on the add button
Rule Description : A free text description can be entered here
Rule Order : The rules within a rule set are processed in the order you decide, enter a number starting with 1.
Rule Type : Select either Field or Formula. If you select Formula you are presented with a field to enter the formula it must evaluate to @True or @False. If you select Field then the following three fields are presented.
Field : Simply enter the field name in question as it is found on the message form within the Notes template.
Comparison : Select either contains or Equals. This criteria works along with Field and Text. What you are saying is '...the <field> either <equals>/<contains> the <text>.
Text : The string of characters that the rule will search for, no need for special characters. Ensure trailing/leading spaces are removed.
Test : The test the comparison is applied to
Formula : The notes formula which will be executed agains the email.
When you are satisfied with the rule click 'OK'
1) Save & Close : Self explanatory.
2) Close : Self explanatory.
