If you are assigned the Administrator role within the Mail Archive Index DB ACL then you will see the following menu...
Select the 'Server List' option and then in the following screen select 'Add Server'...
Then select the Server you wish to attach (hook into). Next, you will receive the following message if the operation has been a success. The added server should now be visible when the server list is refreshed.
