What is contained within an archive (collection of emails) is a combination of the Rule set, plus, whether the archive is limited by a date range or a maximum size.
Archive Type - The archive can either be based on a date range. If you select date range then you can select the frequency they are created. If database size is selected then another option appears which allows you to specify in MB the maximum limit.
Library Path - On a default installation the product automatically selects a path.
Creation Frequency - The options are: Weekly, Monthly, Annually. Of course, this only works with a date based archive.
Deposit Scan Frequency - - Any reasonable number can be entered (in minutes), as the name suggests this is the frequency that the archive will be updated with new emails.
Stubs - The filter will be applied to the emails within the archive to determine if any stubs should be created.
Stub Email Report - email address of user/group who will receive the report emails when one of the stub tasks runs.
Stub Web Server - URL of the web server. When a stub is created a web link is created. This will form the URL to the archive.
