Creating a Ruleset

A ruleset is applied to every every email that enters/leaves the mail server. If any rules are satisfied then a copy of the email kept in the archive. To create a ruleset, you MUST have administrator access within the Mail Archive Index. If this is so then select the following option.

You will then see the following example Ruleset has already been created. Notice you can decide which order the various rules are applied in. Remember unless you alter these rules they will be applied as they are to any mail server you are 'hooked' into.
